Welcome to Bites of History. By booking a tour through our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Bookings

All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed once payment has been successfully received.

2. Prices

All prices are displayed in the applicable currency and include the food and drink tastings listed in the tour description unless stated otherwise.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Guests may cancel their booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled tour for a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour, as well as no-shows, are non-refundable.

If Bites of History cancels a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, guests will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

4. Arrival

Please arrive at the meeting point at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time.

The tour begins promptly at the advertised time. Late arrivals may not be able to join the group and refunds cannot be guaranteed.

5. Food and Dietary Requirements

Our tours include traditional Czech food and drink tastings.

Please inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements when booking. While we will do our best to accommodate dietary needs where possible, we cannot guarantee that every stop can provide suitable alternatives.

6. Weather

Tours operate in most weather conditions. Please dress appropriately for the forecast.

In the event of severe weather or other exceptional circumstances, we may reschedule or cancel the tour.

7. Health and Mobility

This experience involves approximately around six hours of walking through Prague at a comfortable pace with regular stops.

Guests should be comfortable walking for extended periods on uneven streets, cobblestones, and gentle hills.

8. Guest Responsibility

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings throughout the tour.

We ask all participants to behave respectfully toward fellow guests, local businesses, and public spaces. We reserve the right to remove anyone whose behaviour significantly disrupts the experience, without refund.

9. Liability

Bites of History is not responsible for personal injury, illness, loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings except where required by applicable law.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
